Yesterday I was embarrassed to even write here, but here it goes:
Breakfast was at 7 am, 4 egg whites, 1 yolk.
I was only supposed to work for 3 hours and have lunch at home, but i had to stay for almost 8 hours.
Snack: Chocolate almond bar.. :(
Lunch wasn't till 2 pm.. ugh.. soup
I had to run errands after work and I ate a veggie stromboli and sour jubejubes
Dinner was japanese, but too much of it
ate more jubejubes

Today was:
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, and some rice cakes with peanut butter and some carrots
Lunch: veggie stromboli
Dinner: roast, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cheese sauce, gravy (all homemade)
snack: rice cakes with peanut butter and homemade jam
sugar free gummi bears.

Trends I'm seeing in the three days.. not enough veggies, too much sugar, I do better if I eat a bit more at breakfast than just the eggs. I still feel like I want to eat constantly, but it might be hormones.

Exercise: Yoga, arm weights

I'm having issues with motivations and am feeling sluggish. I'm going to try to start recording food/exercise as I feel I need to:

Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 egg yolk. Bites of mashed potatoes from night before, steamed carrots
Lunch: mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, egg
snack: pineapple, unsweetened applesauce cup, about 20 cinnamon hearts through the day
supper: small premade pizza with tomato and small slices of mozza, less than half the fat of the other pizzas I looked at
snack: popcorn, 1 square of dark chocolate
decent amount of water

It's almost my period and I want to eat and eat and eat.

Exercise: None so far

NOT A GOOD START. hah

last week i stayed completely off sweets.  all of them.  i only ate "real" foods and water and tea. 

i came home and lost  zero lbs. 

because i am a dork, i allowed the disappointment to get to me and i decided to self-medicate myself with comfort foods - including sweets.   so much for the lent fast, eh? 

i need to go grocery shopping this next weekend....and get started back on the fasting best i can.  and not let a little messup mess me up for good.

cardio - 35min
200 crunches

went shopping this weekend, bought new foods for me to have at work during the week.  i will be focusing on drinking 48oz of water a day, which i usually do pretty good at.  i bought dark chocolate to have in the afternoons.  i crave chocolate everyday, but when i have dark chocolate i can limit myself.  it satisfies me the same way an entire snickers or kit kat does in a WAY smaller amount, without all the added junk.

im excited to create new patterns!

20 minutes of 2 minutes running 2 minutes walking. I would have done more but my thigh and hip muscles were sore from dance still!!

I also did 10 minutes on the exercise bike and the leg press and gyno machine.

I keep forgetting to keep track of my exercise here since I'm doing it on sparkpeople.com, but I started a dance class tonight, that was 60 minutes of exercise, and I also did some strength training exercises tonight.

Tonight I joined sparkpeople.com and I don't especially like their meal planning.. it's so complicated when I don't eat most of the foods they list, but I like their exercise planning. I like that I check things off as I go because I love lists, and getting points is a plus.

I tried doing modified planks. I sucked. I did 2 sets of 15 crunches, 2 sets of 15 wall push-ups, 2 sets of 15 calf raises, 2 sets of 15 lying abductions. I also stretched and did 15 minutes of cardio. I am planning on doing 15 minutes more so I do all the exercise they set out for me today.

It's nice because they don't have huge expectations, so I feel like I can get it all done and gradually work my way up to more. It's just nice to do some.

yoga, does my body good.. and my spirit..

if only I'd remember to do it more often. I'm glad my back pain is leaving enough that I can sort of do it without pain.

yesterday: 30min walk.
then i ate lotsa turkey n stuffing. :)
today: eating leftovers.
another walk is planned.....

i can't wait til sunday and start my "real" routine of more involved workouts at the gym :)

as a result of a new living arrangement during the weekdays, i will be going to the gym 4 times a week starting next monday morning. im excited. :)

starting the weight watchers points system (as best i can without actually being a part of the program) today.

then, im going to decide when and what days i can/should/need to work out. mornings are almost impossible. evenings are doable - i just have to say NO to during the week. that way, i can at least go on weds thurs and fri (most fridays i do nothing anyhow).

mornings might be possible once i settle my moving during the week deal, but we'll see.

either way, im motivated. today im doing well so far. :)
